These terms govern your use of anchormethod.co.uk and purchase of services from Anchor.
Services: Anchor provides AI implementation audits for UK independent gyms and boutique studios. Each audit includes a written report, 60-minute walkthrough call, and 30 days of email support.
Pricing and payment: The audit fee is £1,500 (inclusive of VAT where applicable), payable in advance via Stripe. Payment is due before work begins.
Delivery: We deliver within 14 calendar days of receiving all required data and system access. Delays caused by incomplete data provision extend the delivery window proportionally.
Money-back guarantee: If we do not surface at least five actionable AI implementation opportunities projected to be worth £15,000 or more in recoverable annual revenue, we refund your fee in full within 14 days of your refund request.
Intellectual property: The audit report is yours to use internally. You may share it with your team and advisors. You may not resell, redistribute, or publish it. Anchor retains the right to use anonymised, aggregated data from audits for benchmarking and research purposes.
Limitation of liability: Our audit provides recommendations based on available data. We do not guarantee specific financial outcomes. Implementation of recommendations is at your discretion and risk. Our total liability is limited to the audit fee paid.
Governing law: These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
