Anchor (“we”, “us”) operates anchormethod.co.uk. This policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your data.

What we collect: Name, email address, business name, and phone number when you book a discovery call or purchase an audit. Member data and system access credentials shared during audit delivery.

How we use it: To deliver our audit service, send you the report and follow-up communications, and process payments via Stripe. We never sell your data to third parties.

Third-party processors: Stripe (payments), Calendly (scheduling), Google Workspace (email), Vercel (hosting). Each has its own privacy policy.

Client data handling: Member data shared during audits is used solely for analysis within that engagement. We delete all client member data within 30 days of audit delivery unless you request otherwise in writing. We do not share client data with any third party.

Cookies: This site uses no tracking cookies, no analytics, and no advertising pixels.

Your rights: Under UK GDPR, you can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by emailing hello@anchormethod.co.uk.
